Payment is held in escrow and is not released to the seller until you approve the delivered work. You have 3 days from delivery to review it; if you neither approve nor raise a dispute in that time, the order approves automatically and payment is released. Raising a dispute within that window holds the money where it is until the dispute is resolved. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
This seller has not provided their legal name, address, customer-care email. Your payment is still held in escrow and is not released until you approve the work.
