How to raise a complaint, and what happens next

If something on QwikJob has gone wrong — content you believe should not be here, a decision you disagree with, a payment problem, or how we have handled your personal data — you can raise it with our Grievance Officer, named under Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

What happens, and when

Within 24 hours — we acknowledge your complaint and give you a reference.
Within 15 days — we resolve it, and tell you what we decided and why.

If a complaint needs longer, we will tell you before the 15 days are up rather than let the deadline pass in silence.

Before you write

Most problems are settled faster through the route built for them, and none of these stop you coming here afterwards:

A problem with an order or delivered work — open a dispute on the order itself. The money stays in escrow while it is decided.
A billing question — billing@qwikjob.com
