How the Job Success Score is computed

One score, 0–100, recomputed automatically whenever an order completes, a milestone releases, or a review lands. Five inputs, fixed weights:

Client ratings 40%

Your average review rating (1–5 stars), mapped to 0–100.

Completion rate 30%

Completed orders and contracts vs. cancelled or disputed ones.

On-time delivery 15%

Deliverables submitted before their due date.

Repeat clients 10%

Clients who came back to hire you again.

Dispute penalty −5%

Deducted when your dispute rate exceeds 5%.

No black box, no surprise demotions
