Our proposals are 22 pages of technical specification and one page of payback, and the payback page is the only one anyone opens. We want a redesigned template built around the financial case, with the engineering behind it, that our sales engineers can populate in half an hour without breaking the design. Google Slides or PowerPoint, not InDesign — our team has to maintain it.
