Appointment booking that also handles walk-ins

Project Description

Twenty-two clinics, each with two to five doctors, and about 60 percent of our patients still walk in. Any system that assumes a booked slot is the only kind of patient will be abandoned by the front desk in a week. We need online booking, a queue the receptionist controls, and a realistic wait estimate that accounts for walk-ins being inserted. The front desk staff are the real users. If the receptionist cannot learn it in twenty minutes it has failed.
