School retention is our main programme metric and we currently report it in a spreadsheet assembled by hand every month, two weeks late. We want a dashboard our programme managers can open — attendance by village, by cohort, by month, with the drop-offs visible early enough to act. Our staff are not analysts. If it needs a filter explained, it is too complicated.
