Batting technique analysis from phone footage

Project Description

Our coaches record players batting on phones and review it by eye. It works, and it does not scale past the 40 boys they can watch closely. We want pose extraction and a small set of measurable indicators — head position at contact, front foot alignment, bat path — tracked over months so improvement is visible. This assists a coach, it does not replace one. Any output that reads as a verdict on a fourteen-year-old will be rejected.
