Build a KPI dashboard in Metabase over Postgres

Project Description

Our leadership numbers are assembled in a spreadsheet each Monday by an analyst who is worth more than that. We want it in Metabase, sourced from our production replica: disbursals, collections, ageing, cohort repayment. Roughly 20 metrics. The part that needs care is metric definitions — three teams currently define "active customer" three ways, and the dashboard has to settle that rather than paper over it. Expect some uncomfortable conversations; that is part of the job. We want the SQL documented so we are not dependent on you afterwards.
