We handle vaccines and insulin and our documented procedures have not kept pace with our growth from one depot to four. We want the SOPs, temperature mapping records, deviation handling and training documentation brought into a state that survives a drug inspector's visit without a scramble. Someone who has been through this in pharma distribution. We will want references.
