Community and Discord growth for an indie game launch

Project Description

We launch on Steam in about four months with 1,200 wishlists, which is not enough. We need someone who genuinely plays games to run our Discord and Reddit presence, coordinate a small creator outreach programme, and keep a devlog cadence going. We are a three-person studio. We are not looking for a social media manager who will schedule posts about our "journey". We want someone who can hold a conversation with players about frame data. Part time, roughly 15 hours a week, through launch.
