Compliance documentation for a BSCI audit

Project Description

We have a BSCI audit in three months and our last one produced findings on working hour records, grievance mechanism and contractor documentation. We want a pre-audit gap assessment, the documentation put right, and our HR and floor supervisors trained on what is actually expected day to day. We are not looking for help presenting a picture. We want the findings closed properly.
