Our lectures are screen recordings of handwritten working on a dark board. Generic compression turns the chalk into mush at exactly the moment the derivation matters. We want a repeatable encoding pipeline, tuned for this content, that gets us a meaningful size reduction while keeping thin white strokes legible at 480p. Deliver the pipeline and the settings, not just the 400 output files. We add 30 lectures a month and need to run this ourselves.
