Costing sheet that survives a buyer's audit

Our European buyers open the cost sheet line by line and ask why the CM figure moved. Ours is a spreadsheet with formulas three people have edited and nobody fully trusts. We want a costing model — fabric with wastage, trims, CM, finishing, freight, duty drawback, currency — that we can defend line by line and update when yarn prices move.
