Email lifecycle programme for a travel booking site

Project Description

We have 40,000 subscribers and send one newsletter a month, which is the entire programme. We want proper lifecycle flows: welcome, abandoned search, post-trip, and a win-back. Built in Klaviyo, copy included. Seasonality matters in our business and generic templates ignore it — someone searching Ladakh in November is a different reader from someone searching Goa in November. We want the flows to reflect that.
