Expiry alerting across 2,400 pharmacies

Project Description

Stock nearing expiry is our largest avoidable loss. Today it is caught at the depot on a monthly report, by which point a return to the manufacturer is often no longer possible. We want batch-level visibility across our depots and our pharmacy stockists, with alerts early enough that stock can be moved to a location that will sell it. Our ERP holds batch and expiry data. Getting it out is part of the job.
