Fees are quarterly and collected by our office manager chasing people on WhatsApp. Roughly a fifth are late at any time and reconciliation is manual. We want a simple system: payment links, UPI, automatic reminders that stop when someone pays, and a receipt. Nothing more elaborate than that. A parent must be able to pay in under a minute without creating an account.
