Our field team visits 180 villages, many with no usable data connection, and collects attendance, household surveys and photographs on paper that is later typed up twice. We want an app that works entirely offline and syncs when the worker reaches a town, on ₹7,000 Android phones with limited storage. Forms change every quarter as funders change their reporting. Our programme team must be able to change them without calling a developer.
