Financial reporting pack for two CSR grants

Project Description

Two grants with different reporting formats, different cost heads and different quarters. Our accountant is competent and overwhelmed. We want the reporting pack built once — utilisation statements, variance notes, supporting schedules — in a form we can produce each quarter without rebuilding it. Experience with Indian NGO compliance, including FCRA, is necessary. Please state it plainly.
