A new component going into production in ten weeks, expected volume 40,000 a year on a VMC. We need the fixtures — locating, clamping, and a poka-yoke so it cannot be loaded the wrong way round. Cycle time and repeatability matter; we are quoting against a supplier with better machines than ours. We will share the part model under NDA. Please have made fixtures before, not just modelled them.
