Fuel and toll cost analysis across 60 trucks

Project Description

We have FASTag statements, fuel card data and trip records that nobody has ever put side by side. We believe we are losing money on certain routes and cannot prove it. We want a per-trip cost model and a monthly view by route and by driver, delivered in something we can keep running. The data is messy — vehicle numbers are written four different ways. Cleaning it is most of the job and we know that.
