GST filing and monthly bookkeeping for a small agency

Project Description

Digital agency, about 30 invoices out and 40 bills in per month, plus payroll for 12 people. We need monthly books closed properly, GSTR-1 and 3B filed on time, and TDS handled. Currently our founder does it at midnight on the 19th and it shows. We want someone who will flag a problem in month one rather than at year end. Practising CA or an experienced accountant both fine. Ongoing retainer, roughly 15-20 hours a month.
