Kitchen display system for six locations

Project Description

Orders from three delivery platforms currently arrive on three tablets and a printer, and the kitchen sequences them by shouting. We want one screen per station showing what to cook and in what order, aggregated across platforms, with timers and a bump flow. It has to be readable across a hot kitchen at three metres and usable with wet hands. Downtime here stops revenue immediately, so tell us what happens when the internet drops.
