Patients currently collect printed reports or receive a WhatsApp photograph from whoever is at the desk. We want a portal where they log in with their phone number and an OTP and download the PDF. Both languages throughout, including the report itself where our lab software allows it. Reports are medical records, so please treat access control as the main part of the job rather than the last part. About 900 reports a day across the lab.
