Lead routing from four portals into our CRM

Project Description

Leads arrive from four listing portals, our own site and a Meta lead form. They land in three different inboxes and an agent picks them up when they notice. We want them normalised, deduplicated against existing contacts, assigned by locality, and pushed to the agent's phone within a minute. Speed of first contact is the whole game in resale. Current CRM is Zoho. Assignment rules should be editable by us afterwards.
