Our lawyers record client calls with consent and nobody has time to write them up, so attendance notes are thin. We want transcription and a structured summary — issues, instructions, action points — running entirely on hardware we control. Nothing leaves our network. That is not negotiable and it is the reason this is hard. English and Hindi, often mixed in the same sentence. Please address that specifically.
