Our reply rate on engineering outreach is 4 percent, which is roughly what you get for sending something that reads like a template, because it is one. We want sequences by role and seniority that a good engineer would not be insulted by, plus a testing plan so we learn rather than guess. If your answer involves more volume, we are not the right client.
