Placement fee invoicing and follow-up

Project Description

We invoice on joining and get paid, on average, 74 days later. Some of that is client process and some of it is us not asking. We want the invoicing process tightened — raised on time, correct the first time — and a polite, escalating follow-up cadence that does not damage a client relationship we depend on. Our books are in Zoho. A recommendation to switch is not the answer we are looking for.
