Player progress reports parents can understand

Project Description

We send a printed sheet home each term with numbers on it that mean something to a coach and nothing to a parent. We want a report design that shows progress, effort and what to work on next, readable in two minutes, in English and Marathi. A template our office can populate for 400 players without a designer. That constraint shapes the whole thing.
