We handle about 40 rental agreements a month and each one is a slightly edited copy of the last one somebody happened to have. We want a clean set of templates for Haryana, Delhi and UP, with the clauses that actually get disputed drafted properly — maintenance, lock-in, notice, deposit deduction — and guidance on the e-stamping process in each state. A practising advocate. We are not asking for representation, only for the drafting.
