Standard operating procedures for a multi-location studio

Project Description

Four studios, four slightly different ways of doing everything — opening, class handover, member onboarding, equipment checks, complaints. We want documented SOPs a new studio manager can be handed on day one. Written from watching how it is actually done, not how we imagine it is done, so expect calls with the floor staff rather than only with us. We would rather have twelve procedures people follow than forty nobody reads.
