Every installation waits on a net metering application with eight or nine stages, and today the status lives in one person's spreadsheet and memory. We want a simple workflow tool: stages, documents attached at each stage, who is waiting on whom, and a nudge when something has been sitting for a week. Not an ERP. Five of our people will use it and it should take them ten minutes to learn.
