Our Bhiwandi shed grew by accretion and now the pick path crosses the inbound path twice. Peak season it is genuinely unsafe. We want a layout with racking specification, aisle widths for our forklifts, separate inbound and outbound flow, and a staged plan so we can implement it without shutting down. FMCG and pharma, so segregation and temperature-controlled zones are part of it.
