Payment is held in escrow and is not released to the seller until you approve the delivered work. You have 3 days from delivery to review it; if you neither approve nor raise a dispute in that time, the order approves automatically and payment is released. Raising a dispute within that window holds the money where it is until the dispute is resolved. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
