120 products — pulses, spices, cold-pressed oils, millets. Each needs a short description for the listing and a longer one for the product page. Our constraint is regulatory as much as creative: we sell organic produce and cannot make health claims. "Good for digestion" will get us into trouble. We need copy that is appetising while staying inside those lines, and a writer who understands why that matters. We will supply the spec sheet and certifications for each SKU.

We have 40,000 subscribers and send one newsletter a month, which is the entire programme. We want proper lifecycle flows: welcome, abandoned search, post-trip, and a win-back. Built in Klaviyo, copy included. Seasonality matters in our business and generic templates ignore it — someone searching Ladakh in November is a different reader from someone searching Goa in November. We want the flows to reflect that.

We shoot workouts on a phone in the studio. Forty clips, each becoming a 30-45 second vertical edit with captions, a hook in the first two seconds, and consistent colour. The footage is not perfect — mixed lighting, some handheld. Part of the job is making it look deliberate. Captions must be burned in and accurate; auto-generated ones mangle exercise names badly and we have had complaints. Batched in fours so we can give feedback early rather than at the end.

About 1,400 UI strings plus 30 transactional emails, English into Hindi and Marathi. This is localisation, not translation. "Add to cart" translated literally reads badly; we want copy a native speaker would actually write. Where a term is better left in English — most of our users say "cart" — we want that judgement made deliberately, not by accident. Strings come with screenshots and character limits. Please confirm you can work within a length constraint, because several of ours are tight. Native speaker of at least one of the two, and genuinely fluent in the other.

Twelve long-form articles aimed at Indian small business owners on cash flow, GST and working capital. This has to be written by someone who understands the subject. We have been burned by writers who research on the fly — the last batch confused GST input credit with a deduction, which for our audience is disqualifying. We will provide subject matter experts for a 30-minute call per article. You bring the structure, the search intent and the writing. Please send two finance pieces you have written. Generalist portfolios will not be shortlisted.

Ninety seconds explaining what our product does, for the front page and for sales calls. We have tried this twice. Both times we got a nice-looking video that explained our features instead of our customer's problem, and neither moved anything. We want script and storyboard signed off before a single frame is animated. If your process starts with animation, it is not our process. Voiceover and sound design included. We launch on Steam in about four months with 1,200 wishlists, which is not enough. We need someone who genuinely plays games to run our Discord and Reddit presence, coordinate a small creator outreach programme, and keep a devlog cadence going. We are a three-person studio. We are not looking for a social media manager who will schedule posts about our "journey". We want someone who can hold a conversation with players about frame data. Part time, roughly 15 hours a week, through launch.

A 60-75 second launch trailer cut from gameplay capture we will provide, plus whatever additional capture you direct us to record. We want it to sell the feel of the movement, which is the thing people like about the game. Most trailers we see cut so fast you cannot read a single mechanic — we would rather hold a shot for three seconds and let a good moment land. Sound design matters as much as the edit. We have around 40 hours of footage from eight destinations, shot over two years by different people on different cameras. Eight episodes, three minutes each, cut into something that feels like one series rather than eight holidays. Matching the colour across cameras is a real part of this job, not an afterthought. We need a narrative per episode, not a montage. Our footage includes interviews with local guides — use them. Licensed music, delivered with a cue sheet.

Six looping tracks — one per biome — plus a menu theme and roughly 40 sound effects. The music needs to loop without a seam and sit under gameplay for long stretches without becoming irritating, which is a different skill from writing a good three-minute piece. We use FMOD, so stems and implementation guidance rather than flat exports. Reference points: Hollow Knight for mood, Shovel Knight for the melodic side. Weekly interview podcast, two remote guests per episode, recorded on Riverside so the tracks are separate. Per episode: clean up, remove filler and dead air without making it sound clipped, balance levels between guests who record at wildly different volumes, add intro and outro, master to podcast loudness standards. Some guests record in rooms with ceiling fans and traffic. Handling that well is most of what we are paying for. 48-hour turnaround per episode.

Our leadership numbers are assembled in a spreadsheet each Monday by an analyst who is worth more than that. We want it in Metabase, sourced from our production replica: disbursals, collections, ageing, cohort repayment. Roughly 20 metrics. The part that needs care is metric definitions — three teams currently define "active customer" three ways, and the dashboard has to settle that rather than paper over it. Expect some uncomfortable conversations; that is part of the job. We want the SQL documented so we are not dependent on you afterwards.

Fifteen product videos, each needing a 45-60 second read in both Hindi and English, delivered as clean separate files. Warm and conversational, not the announcer voice used on television ads. We are speaking to someone deciding on a purchase, not selling at them. You need a treated home studio — we will reject anything with room echo, and we will listen for it on the audition. Every morning someone opens six CSV exports, one per store, pastes them into a master sheet and emails the summary. It takes about an hour and gets skipped when they are on leave. We want it automated: pick up the exports, produce the same summary, email it by 8am. Same format the team already reads, because changing it means retraining everyone. Small, well-defined job. Good fit for someone building a track record — we care that it runs reliably every day, not that it is clever.

Digital agency, about 30 invoices out and 40 bills in per month, plus payroll for 12 people. We need monthly books closed properly, GSTR-1 and 3B filed on time, and TDS handled. Currently our founder does it at midnight on the 19th and it shows. We want someone who will flag a problem in month one rather than at year end. Practising CA or an experienced accountant both fine. Ongoing retainer, roughly 15-20 hours a month.

B2B SaaS, ₹4.2 crore ARR, raising a Series A in the next two quarters. We need a driver-based three-statement model with cohort retention, CAC payback and a sensible bridge from today's numbers to the plan. Investors will pull it apart, so it has to hold up when someone changes an assumption in front of us. We do not want a template with our numbers dropped in. We want to be able to defend every driver. Please say which raises you have modelled for and at what stage.

Four studios, four slightly different ways of doing everything — opening, class handover, member onboarding, equipment checks, complaints. We want documented SOPs a new studio manager can be handed on day one. Written from watching how it is actually done, not how we imagine it is done, so expect calls with the floor staff rather than only with us. We would rather have twelve procedures people follow than forty nobody reads.

Three systems merged over five years, 40,000 customer records, and we do not know how many are actually distinct people. Same person appears as different rows with a spelling variant, a different phone format, or the same email in different case. Indian names make naive fuzzy matching produce bad merges, so we want a conservative approach with a review queue rather than aggressive automatic merging. Deliverable: the cleaned dataset, the matching rules written down, and the script so we can run it again.

We know our overall margin and almost nothing about it per SKU, because landed cost, returns and platform commissions are never allocated properly. We want true per-SKU contribution after landed cost, returns, storage and channel fees, and a repeatable model rather than a one-off spreadsheet. We expect the answer to be uncomfortable — we suspect a chunk of the catalogue loses money. Please do not smooth that over.

We sell operations software to mid-size manufacturers in India. Our pipeline comes entirely from referrals and it has run dry. We want someone to build a targeted list, run outbound email and LinkedIn sequences, and book qualified calls for our founder. Booked meetings that show up are the metric, not emails sent. We will not use scraped lists of dubious provenance or send anything that reads like spam — our market is small and our reputation in it is worth more than a quarter of pipeline.
